How do I receive my purchase?

Downloads appear in My account as soon as your payment is confirmed by the payment provider. This is usually within a minute. We never unlock a download based only on the payment page redirect.

My payment went through but I see no download

Wait a few minutes and refresh your account page. If it still does not appear, open a support ticket with your order number and we will check it.

How many times can I download?

Each product page shows its download limit and how long access lasts. Contact support if you need a reset.

Can I use a product on more than one website?

That depends on the license shown on the product page. See the software license.

Do I get updates?
