Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed).
• Order data: products bought, amounts, billing details you enter, payment status. Card/UPI details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Download data: which files you downloaded and when; IP addresses are stored only as a one-way hash for abuse detection.
• Support data: messages you send us.
• Newsletter: your email address and consent record, only if you subscribe.
• Analytics: only with your consent via the cookie banner, if analytics is enabled.

Why we use it

To process orders and deliver products, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, meet legal and accounting obligations, and (with consent) send marketing email.

Sharing

Payment providers (Razorpay, Stripe), email delivery providers and hosting providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

Order records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law. You can request account deletion from your profile: personal data is anonymised after a short grace period; accounting records are retained.

Your rights

Contact support@techvizio.com to access, correct or delete your data or to withdraw marketing consent. You can unsubscribe from any email.
