These terms govern your use of https://www.techvizio.com ("the Site") and every purchase made from Rishav Sharma ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

2. What we sell
We sell digital products: source code, scripts, templates, plugins, UI kits and e-books, delivered as downloadable files (usually ZIP or PDF). No physical goods are shipped. Each product page lists its description, version, requirements, licence type, update policy and support policy.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and are shown before payment.
- Prices range from a few rupees to several thousand rupees depending on the product.
- Taxes (such as GST) are added at checkout where applicable and shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed by our payment partners (for example Razorpay or Cashfree). We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- An order is complete only when the payment provider confirms the payment. A browser redirect alone does not unlock a download.
- We may correct pricing errors; if a product was priced wrongly we will contact you and either honour the correct price or refund you in full.
4. Account
You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
5. Delivery
Downloads appear in My account after payment is confirmed (normally within a minute). Each purchase has a download limit and an access period shown on the product page. Details: Delivery and licence policy.
6. Licence
Each product is licensed, not sold. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence as described by the licence type on the product page and in the software licence terms. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the product or its source code as a standalone product.
7. Refunds and cancellations
See Refunds & Cancellations. In short: all sales are final, and a refund is considered only in the limited cases listed there, after full verification.
8. Support
Support scope and duration are stated on each product page. Contact us through Contact Us or a support ticket from your account.
9. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our acceptable use policy.
10. Disclaimer and liability
Products are provided as described on their product page. Except where the law requires otherwise, they are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
11. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the seller's registered location have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
